All reservations have a cleaning fee of $150 Alabama has a lodging tax that is 13% which you will see itemized
on your quote. We collect a refundable damage deposit of $100 (for some special events and times that rate
could be more, but it is always a refundable charge, assuming there is no damage)
The only charge
we do not collect up front is a vehicle registration fee paid at the front desk at Island Winds East of $27.75 which
allows ONE car to park in the lot.
